Hey there, See-Saw<\/em>-ers! So over the past month, I\u2019ve been keeping my ear to the ground and my eyes open for tips and tricks to gain confidence. And then once I\u2019ve sniffed them out (trying to get all five senses in here, in case you hadn\u2019t noticed!), I\u2019ve been giving the most promising confidence building ideas a go. Feeling them out for staying power (and no, that isn\u2019t an innuendo, it\u2019s all in your mind), and doing everything I can to give myself a taste of what life as a confident person could be like.
